Spring Line Nail Art
Hello Lovelies! Today I am excited to bring you my first nail art of the Spring season. I was inspired to do this nail art because I have been wanting to till warm weather into existence here in New York (we just had a blizzard!)
That being said, I used this line technique I used to doodle all the time when I was in high school. My lines were not perfect on this first attempt, but I hope to recreate the line work over other base colors and designs.
For this look, I started with a base of Zoya 'Chantal' from the Zoya Bridal Collection. This is a beautiful peachy vanilla shade that has been calling my name since I reviewed that collection. It's a nice warm-neutral nude, that I then paired with China Glaze 'Pilates Please' from their new athleisure inspired Chic Physique collection.
Lastly, I went in with black acrylic paint and painted on the thin lines. They did not turn out how I had imagined, and I wish I had made them thinner, but there is always next time!
