ColourPop | Laura Lee x ColourPop Lip Bundle Review & Swatches

Hello lovelies! Today I have excited to share my swatches and review of the Laura Lee X ColourPop lip bundle benefitting NKLA (No Kill Los Angeles).

When I first saw these swatches, I thought that this would be the perfect trio to get me through the holiday season -- and help an amazing cause. This was also my first time trying out the Ultra Glossy and Ultra Metallic lipsticks from ColourPop, and I have to say I was not disappointed!

WHAM, BAM, GLAM | I think the names on these are so cute, and as I'm sure you can tell from these swatches what each of them are -- but just to be safe; Wham is the Ultra Glossy Lip, Bam is the Ultra Satin Lip, and Glam is the Ultra Metallic Lip.

I think the packaging on these is also so adorable, they are in the typical ColourPop lip tubes, but they have cute gold caps, and gold lettering printed on the bottle.

This bundle is $15, and all proceeds benefit Best Friends Animal Society® through their NKLA. These are all cruelty free, and vegan.

Now onto the swatches.....

WHAM | B+ This is a super sheer gloss with gold and multi-iridescent sparkles, that you can either layer over your favorite lippie, or wear on it's own.

At first I was super nervous to wear this, I am not super comfortable in lip gloss, but it turned out so beautiful. I don't think it looks the best on my skin tone by itself (it's just a tad too close to my skin tone) but layered over other colors this adds the perfect holiday glamor. Note: To apply over other colors, I suggest putting it on the back of your hand and dabbing it on top with a finger so you don't mix pigments.

BAM | A This beautiful dark red berry is an Ultra Satin Lip, and my personal favorite formula from ColourPop. This goes on a bit patchy the first coat, but builds up perfectly the second coat.

GLAM | A+ WOW this color! Glam is a pinky-champaign metallic lip color, and Glam is right. This is hands down my favorite metallic lipstick that I own and it went on like a dream. I think this is a perfect color for my skin tone. 

I wouldn't wear this on it's own, most likely, but as a center color to bring volume to my lips.

Overall, I love love love these three, and I was expecting to only like the Ultra Satin. It's safe to say I recommend picking these up if you're placing an order any time soon.
